Buhari unveils dry port in Kano
The President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (Retd) has unveiled the Dala Inland Dry Port, in the Dala Local Government Area of Kano State.
The president arrived Kano accompanied by some of his cabinet members.
The president was received by the governor of the state, Abdullahi Ganduje, the minister of transportation, Mr. Jaaji Sambo, and the general manager of the Dala Inland Dry Port, Ahmad Rabiu.
Other dignitaries at the event included Nigerian Shippers’ Council Executive Secretary Emmanuel Jime; the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Transport, Magdalene Ajani, and the former Executive Secretary, NSC, Hassan Bello.
