2023: “The Party Without You Is Dead”, Asiwaju AKA Tells Sagamu Local Government Party Executives

In continuation of his consultations to meet all eminent stakeholders either in group(s) or in person on his intent to vye for the number one seat in Sagamu Constituency 1( House of Assembly), Hon. Asiwaju Adewale Aka met with the party executives of Sagamu Local Government Area Constituency 1 of the All progressive Congress(APC) yesterday in a closed door meeting.

According to him, the reason for consulting was to carry everyone along who are major stakeholders in the party to seek support in actualization of this ambition and also hear from them directly.

He said; “I want to thank you for honoring this invitation and he feels honor that the party executives were able to meet up despite short notice given. He understands how important they are, being the mitochondria and driving force of the party in the local government. Without you, the party is dead and I must commend all efforts put in place for the survival and stability of our party,” Asiwaju AKA said.

“I discussed my intention with them as regards my aspiration and also wanted to know the challenges within the party,” He said.

After the meeting at the interview session, delegated Spokesperson who spoke on behalf of the party executives said Hon.Aka was the first to consult with them on such ambition as an executive and would be given needed support when time comes inline with his aspiration.

While they appreciate his effort also on been one of the forelinners putting the party in positive light by reaching to party members and people in Sagamu generally, he is indeed a good material to reckon with and there’s no doubt in that, said the Spokesperson.
