2023: Ogun PDP Adebutu Refiles Suits, Says No Judgement Yet
The Court of Appeal sitting in Ibadan came up yesterday for mentioning and granted relief to the counsels of Hon. Oladipupo Adebutu and other interested parties to join the Appeal Suits earlier filed by the National Working Committee of the Peoples Democratic Party on the judgement of Justice Oguntoyinbo filed by Segun Seriki.
The Court also suggested that the motions should be re-filed to specifically indicate the suits number of the matter as it was in the lower court. The joinder is also said to capture every of the reliefs be sought by parties and a letter to be attached for the Presiding Judge to give a fresh date ,so that the matter can be expressly dealt with

We therefore appeal to our numerous supporters to disregard all misleading information waving around the Governorship hopeful of the PDP in Ogun State, Hon.Oladipupo Adebutu, as he is more than determined to sustain is mandate and lead Ogun people through this turbulent times despite attempts by APC and her cohorts to get us out of the ballot in 2023.
