2023: Ogun AAC Assembly Candidate Allegedly Attacked By Four Political Thugs, Destroyed Properties

The African Action Congress, Ijebu Ode House of Assembly candidate in the 2023 election, Tanimowo Oyemade has been allegedly attacked and stripped by persons loyal to the All Progressive Congress (APC).

Tanimowo who spoke to the Eaglesforesight correspondent after the attack claimed that he suspected the attack to have come from his APC contender, Bakre Omolola Olanrewaju (BOO).

The AAC candidate said while his assailants pounced on him, they mentioned that, “they were being sponsored by their boss”. The reason for the attack, Tanimowo told Eaglesforesight that his assailants said; we are seeing your hand in Ijebu Ode.”

“My attackers are four in number” Tanimowo said, ”Ibrahim, Tayo, Tunde, I cant remember the fourth person”

Before now, they have always be attacking our boys for pasting posters on the wall, series of time, I have been unrecordedly harrassed by APC thugs, Abdulahi Lateef, AAC Ijebu ode Local government report.

The matter has been reported to the Police command headquarters, Igbeba Ijebu Ode where the victim is being interviewed.
