The leadership of National Association of Nigerian Students wish to commiserate with the Governor of Ogun State, Prince Dr. Dapo Abiodun (MFR) over the loss of his father to the cold hands of death.

We received the upsetting news of the passage to Glory of  Dr. Emmanuel Adesanya Abiodun in the late hours of yesterday.

While we recognize the huge impact of this unfortunate but inescapable occurrence, we’re comforted by the knowledge that BABA TEACHER have touched numerous lives and “…have fought the good fight, [I] have finished the race, and [I] have remained faithful.”

(2Timothy 4:7).

The demise of Dr. Emmanuel Adesanya Abiodun isn’t just a loss for his family. It is also a loss for every Student that have ever sat under his tutelage, a loss for the educational sector and indeed a loss for the entire South Western Nigeria.

In this trying times, the entire students in the Gateway state under the captainship of Comrade Damilola Simeon Kehinde (Da Osmos) solidarise with Prince Dapo Abiodun and the entire Abiodun family.

May the soul of the deceased rest in perfect peace.
