Adron Homes Chairman Hosts NSE Ibeju-Lekki Executives, Explores Strategic Partnership in Housing Innovation

The Chairman/CEO of Adron Homes and Properties Limited, Sir Aare Adetola EmmanuelKing KOF, has received the leadership of the newly established Ibeju-Lekki Branch of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) at the company’s headquarters, in what is being described as a pivotal move toward fostering stronger collaboration between the real estate and engineering sectors.
The delegation, led by Engr. Olufemi Dare, FNSE, Chairman of the NSE Ibeju-Lekki Branch, paid the courtesy visit as part of efforts to strengthen institutional ties with corporate organizations known for professionalism and structural integrity in their operations. The Ibeju-Lekki Branch, which recently became the 91st branch of the NSE, has been actively engaging stakeholders in the built environment to establish a foundation of technical excellence and innovative growth.
In his remarks, Engr. Dare commended Adron Homes for its remarkable track record in delivering quality housing across Nigeria and beyond. He described the company’s reputation for structural integrity, modern innovation, and consistent adherence to engineering standards as “a model for sustainable real estate development.” He further revealed that the branch would be honoring Sir EmmanuelKing with an award of recognition at its forthcoming official inauguration ceremony, acknowledging his contributions to housing development and infrastructural growth.
